Regarding delivery

-Normally, we will ship within 7 business days after receiving your shipping request. (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
・We do not ship products during the summer holidays or year-end and New Year holidays as stipulated by our company.
-Shipping may be delayed during major holidays such as New Year's and Golden Week . In addition, the arrival of the product may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, delivery area, etc. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・We cannot accept requests for delivery dates and delivery companies.
- If there is an error in the shipping address entered at the time of ordering, we may ask the customer to confirm the correct address. Please note that it may take some time for the item to be shipped.

Regarding absence/refusal of receipt

If the customer is absent for a long period of time due to personal reasons, or refuses or declines to receive the package, the package will be returned to our company. In that case, you may be charged the additional shipping fee and the shipping fee for reshipping. 

RETURNS

About returns and exchanges

・If the delivered product has an initial defect or was sent by mistake, we will accept a return or exchange with the same product. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances such as ``It was different from the image'' or ``I ordered the wrong item.''

Below are examples of items eligible for return/exchange.

( 1 ) I received a product different from the one I ordered.
( 2 ) There are stains or scratches on the product that significantly impair the design.
( 3 ) The product has poor sewing or parts defects that make it difficult to use.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases. 

( 1 ) Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days ( 2 ) Used products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ( 3 ) If accessories (product tags, labels, boxes) have been removed or lost ( 4 ) Products that have been cleaned and repaired by the customer

-If you wish to exchange, we cannot accept exchanges for anything other than the same product. If the same product is not available in stock, such as a sold-out item, a discontinued item, or a limited edition item, we will respond by returning or refunding the item. Please note.

-We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased outside of this site. For products purchased off-site, please contact the store where you purchased them.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us via the " CONTACT " page on this site within 7 days of receiving the item, along with the required information below. We will contact you with information regarding returns and exchanges to the email address you provided.

* When returning the product, please wrap it in simple packaging and send it back. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product's packaging materials, such as boxes or bags, are used as packaging materials for returning the product.
